Jeri Ross, MPH was invited to share her profession as a Health Educator with teens through the Health Academy program at Watsonville High School on March 21, 2012. The youth that attended this event will pursue careers in the health industry. Jeri provided inspiration about her personal experiences working in public health. Jeri strives to emphasize and promote the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle in all her business ventures.

Who says you have to gain weight on a vacation? Try something new when you are away from your regular routine. I discovered a quaint yoga studio right across from my resort and attended 2 classes. Naam Yoga is a complete self-healing practice that removes stress and restores the flow of vital energy throughout the entire body and the brain. This art and science works with movement, sound current (mantra), breathing exercises, hand symbols (mudras), and the wisdom of the laws of nature, resulting in deep relaxation and cellular invigoration.
