Check out the solution Jeri Ross is using!  She’s committed to 2 sessions per week with 15 sessions and is now at the end of summer with a toned, fit body! It works! She even was able to bring her dog, Sancha, to work out and get in shape too!  Sanch was right by Jeri’s side when doing laps around the park!  Having a dog, trainer, and fellow fitness partners counting on you to show up, you are all the more inclined and dedicated to suit up and show up!
