Relaxation improves blood circulation which is key in combating cellulite.  Through practice and patience you can learn the art of relaxation.  There are many techniques for relaxing and you must practice different ones to find out which works best for you.  Practice taking a series of deep breathes when waking up and going to bed, to start and end off the day feeling relaxed and content with your inner and outer self.
